Detalle Boutique ships merchandise within the United States for a flat rate per order of $7.00. All orders over $50.00 ship free (United States Only). Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped via carrier of Detalle's choice based on weight and will usually arrive between 2-5 days. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when merchandise is delivered to shipping carrier.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via email – detalleboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. We cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped and once the order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled.
NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
We do not offer price adjustments.
Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we do not receive notification that you received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected and no store credit or refund will be provided.
Damaged/Defective Item Process:
- Use your smartphone to take a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to detalleboutiqueinfo@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicated Damaged in the subject line of your email.
- Included you order number and product name of the item.
